How can we help your brand create a lasting memory, not just another party?

Wayne Johnson is a nationally recognized innovator and entrepreneur. Most notable contributions are in the field of tech & hospitality with a portfolio that includes immersive nightclubs, restaurants and tech applications.

Johnson — himself a native Washingtonian — has built his name and brand in Washington, DC creating the vision for venues he owns and operates Abigail, Saint Yves, Kitsuen, and forthcoming Llamabar.

Prior to opening any of his nightclubs, Johnson was considered to be one of the most influential promoters in the DC market. Forging relationships with celebrities, athletes, entrepreneurs and influencers, he was able to establish some of the most memorable parties at many DC nightclubs. This was a great launching pad into opening his first project, Saint Yves.

Wayne opened Saint Yves in 2017 with partners David Chung, Tony Perry and Ki Jun Sung. The 4,000 sq/ft nightclub is widely considered DC’s most luxurious venue and a hotbed for celebrity sightings. After the success of Saint Yves, Wayne and his team sought to open a smaller, more intimate nightclub that could be a compliment to Saint Yves. Abigail, also located in Dupont Circle, was opened in 2018 and was an instant success. With a VIP bottle service oriented clientele, Abigail is often considered to be the “hardest door in the city”, which translates to being difficult to get into on any given night.

Following the success of Saint Yves and Abigail, Wayne Johnson and Tony Perry took their creativity to food and beverage opening Kitsuen with grammy nominated rapper Pusha-T. The asian fusion & craft cocktail concept in the H-street corridor features a cozy two level bar and outdoor patio. It’s been featured in Eater.com for it’s famous chicken biscuit. Wayne and his partners have plans to open additional concepts very soon!

Wayne’s interests do not stop at nightlife. In 2013, Wayne created an app start-up called “Valpark Mobile” which allows users to find and pay for valet and event parking at nightclubs, restaurants and arenas. You could even use the app to then request your vehicle when you’re ready to leave. Wayne grew this start-up from 1 to 137 locations across DC, Maryland and Virginia. He was even a guest on the hit show Shark Tank in 2015 where he negotiated with Mark Cuban.

Wayne is an avid runner and enjoys traveling and hanging out with his dog Apollo. He resides in Washington, DC.

Tony Perry is a partner in Kitsuen as well as Saint Yves and Abigail nightclubs.

Tony Perry is an entrepreneur and innovative strategist born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Prince George’s County. With noteworthy contributions in marketing, events & hospitality, his growing portfolio includes immersive nightclubs, restaurants and real estate. As a spirits enthusiast, Tony has served as a brand Ambassador for Grey Goose, Remy Martin and most recently,Redmont Distilling Co, a small batch Alabama distillery owned by Charles Barkley.

Prior to opening nightclubs, Perry was considered to be one of the most influential event producers in the DC market with 15 years of marketing & promotions experience. From curated private events for Lebron James and Jay Z in DC to pop up Miami Art Basel activations - W&T Nightlife events regularly attract the likes of Drake, Michael B. Jordan, Future, and Travis Scott. By forging relationships with celebrities, athletes, entrepreneurs and influencers, the group was able to establish some of the most memorable parties at many DC nightclubs with signature events at K Street Lounge and Capitale that lasted over seven years.

In 2017, Tony opened Saint Yves in partnership with Wayne Johnson, David Chung, and Ki Jun Sung. The 4,000 sq/ft nightclub is still considered DC’s most luxurious venue and a hotbed for celebrity sightings. After the success of Saint Yves, the team sought to open a smaller, more intimate space. Abigail, also located in Dupont Circle, was opened in 2018 and was an instant success.

Following the success of Saint Yves and Abigail, Wayne Johnson and Tony Perry took their creativity to food and beverage with Kitsuen, meaning “smoke” in Japanese, a ramen and hookah bar in partnership with grammy-nominated rapper Pusha-T. The asian fusion concept features a cozy two level bar and an outdoor patio. Since its debut on New Year’s Eve 2019, the hotspot has been featured in Eater, Revolt, Complex and Pitchfork

Tony enjoys traveling, supporting the Washington Wizards and exploring DC’s thriving fine dining scene. He currently resides in Northern Virginia.
